BibleTok (bibletok.net) is a free public service offering an infinite feed of Bible verses for devotional and educational purposes. No account or registration is required to use the service.
2. Data We Collect
BibleTok collects minimal data to function:
- Session cookie — an anonymous identifier stored in your browser to remember your saved (liked) verses during your visit. It contains no personal information.
- Language preference cookie — stores your preferred display language.
- Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes only.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us via the contact form.
3. Contact Form
If you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
- Unsplash — background images are served from Unsplash servers. Their privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google servers. Their privacy policy applies.
- Cloudflare — our CDN and security provider. Their privacy policy applies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — used on the contact form as bot protection. No personal data is transmitted to Cloudflare beyond what is necessary for verification.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect no personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide, there is little to action. For any requests, contact us at our contact page.
